Welcome back to Know It All, where anyone around the world can connect with researchers to learn more on subjects ranging from health to science to technology to business to culture and so much more.
It’s April, which means it’s Earth Month!
Every April, people around the world take this month as an opportunity to engage in discussions about issues that are plaguing our planet – namely how we can keep our environment clean and liveable for generations to come.
I’m proud to be bringing these discussions to the foreground here at Know It All. Climate change is real and it’s happening, but it’s such a hot button issue that it can often feel difficult to learn about these problems without treading into some kind of a politically charged discussion. Know It All is about supplying you with perspective.
It’s exciting to present stories that aren’t designed to be the most clickable or to elicit a major emotional response. These are stories that will help you become more informed, stories that help you make better decisions down the road. The facts and nothing but the facts.
So, here’s to growing – both knowledge and some more plants.
Kendall
Researcher of the month
This month’s featured researcher is Naira.
Naira is Know It All’s climate reporter. Her priority is to take the complex science of the world around us and share it in an easy-to-understand manner.
This month, she’s excited to educate people on what climate change actually is.
In case you missed it…
For the month of March we shared stories all about Spring – from seasonal events, to how to manage those pesky seasonal allergies.
Our most popular video was What is the History of International Women’s Day? We cover the holiday’s origins and the prominent women who helped spearhead the movement.
